Ian is amazing. I called him as a file had become corrupted, losing two full days of work. It turned out my hard drive had ground to a halt (it was 8 years old). Ian took away my computer and 24 hours later reappeared with a new hard drive installed, and proceeded to rescue my file. I can't recommend Ian highly enough. Ian has been looking after my family's computers for a few years now and had always been prompt, reliable and knowledgeable.
