Stayed in an MYA apartment for almost a year. They were quick to fix any appliance I had a problem with, as well as any other issue, I was never left without. I had no problems getting my deposit back after leaving the property cleaned, just as stated in the contract.

I occupy the house from this agency since 2018, and s8nce 2020 I've had a leaking roof, but agency is not that bothered about it, and leak is growing...Walls are cracking, taos are leaking and if I want to have anything done properly I need to do it myself...And I did many things to live in a normal conditions. .The financial department consists of people who are never available to talk to and also their calculations are off, they were trying to tell me I am one rent behind and sent me dodgy calculations clearly showing very dodgy accountancy, I responded, gave notice I have enpugh, I think lack of respect has its limits. They didn't forget to increase my rent 35% in one shot as well. Lady who is an accountant is really rude and it's impossible to have a civilised conversation with her. I hope I will get my deposit back. I would not recommend this agency to anyone!

This agency was the worst one I’ve faced in 10 years of renting. My review is due to being sent a water bill for over £2000 two years after leaving the property that’s rent included utilities.
