Didn’t live up to expectations. Dinner for 2 for nearly £500. The venue is nice but we had a very average to poor experience. All fine until the main course - we opted for the international sharing board £150 for two people with sides etc on top. 3 top notch cuts of meat plonked down in front of us with no explanation or ceremony. The meat was cold, a bit like arriving at a dinner 2 hours late and thinking wow this would have been great 2 hours ago when it was hot. We ordered cheese for dessert and were presented with one soft cheese, a quenelle of chutney the same size and half a small frangipani tart - very weird - not really cheese, not really dessert. All up for £500 at best a 2.75/5. Would we return? Never.
