Was looking for a Juke Tekna for a few weeks. Had dealt with a number of muppets on the internet then found a Juke on M S T. Contacted them and spoke to Mo. What a breath of fresh air. Deposit paid and delivery arranged. When the delivery driver failed to contact me the morning of the delivery, I contacted Mo who was very apologetic and assured me it would be sorted. 30secs later my phone was ringing, it was the delivery driver, apologising for not contacting me sooner, with an accurate e.t.a. Turned up on time with another updating phone call ( well done Mo, you said it would be sorted and it was ). Handover completed, really pleasant blokes. Well pleased with the Juke. Would highly recommend these guys for buying a used car from. It was a big investment for me and I must say I was nervous about committing to the purchase because I live 200 miles from M S T and you hear horror stories all the time. What was I worrying about ??? Nothing !!! Sorry I ever had a moments doubt Mo !!! You've resored my faith in decent, honest people. It was a pleasure doing business with you. Got the car round Dec22. Customer Service was good, communicating with them through phone and email was really good. The only thing I was not satisfied was the delivery they said it will be delivered between 5-6pm, it went from 8-10pm, got message round 12am the tyre was flat and finally arrived at 3am😅🙄, it wasn't their fault cause my place was round 3hours drive from MST anything unexpected could happen but they could have left early but still they have times for delivery which I do understand. But good thing is I got road tax free for 6month nyahahahha, quite nice for them to offere. Rewarding with the car well I waited for 2weeks or more to give a feedback ^^ and I am happy with the car, interior was nice, engine was good, i made i right choice of getting a Honda Civic with MST as a first time to finance a car not knowing where to look or how MST was the answer by looking at the reviews and i did made a right choice even if its far away from me and on top of that I didnt even went to go see the car nor test drive it or check it in their building just went on the phone asked them sort of question and asked for delivery hahaha so i highly recommended them. driving the car short or long distance is nice i am satisfied with my car :) I highly recommend MST if you dont know where to look or your not sure MST is the answer. Looking to buy a first car for my son and one I wouldn't mind driving too. Found a VW Polo online at MST so went to view. I was surprised to be left to view the car for as long as I needed with no sales pressure or hassle. Car was tidy and low mileage so I did a deal based on a couple of small issues being sorted. A few weeks later as arranged I went to collect the car. Unfortunately the issues had not been sorted. So I was somewhat annoyed and disappointed. However Mo was very apologetic and promised the car would be put right to my satisfaction and delivered to my work. Which within a week it was by Mo himself. I have to say they certainly changed a situation around impressively leaving one happy customer. Well done Mo and MST guys. Will recommend you to others. Thanks for the service Gerard.

Really impressed with the service I recieved from start to finish. I am always sceptical when buying a 2nd hand car as I've not had the best of experience in the past. I felt at ease straight away. Did not feel in any way pressured to go through with the deal. They was more than happy for me to have a good look around the car on my own. If you are a person that struggles to trust dealerships then this is the place for you to go to.

Due to my car being stolen, I was left without a vehicle and was under a lot of stress in finding a new car. Luckily, I came across MST's advert on autotrader and booked in for a viewing and test drive. Everyone at the dealership, Mo,T and Nav were friendly (excellent banter!!!), professional and were very helpful throughout the process. I've had my car for a week now and loving it. Highly recommend MST.
