    I've signed onto a two-year contract. I have a serious case of "buyer's remorse." I've been trying to get someone at M&S Energy (Octopus) to answer my emails for two months now. Phone? Forget it. Lousiest communication I've ever had from an electricity supply company. Bet they'd contact me fast enough if I withheld payment. Bottom line: if you're considering M&S Energy - don't. If you ever run into problems or issues, you won't be able to contact them. The aggravation isn't worth any purported savings.
