Spent a lot of money on a bathroom refurb, this company didn't quality check the items, so three of the items - shower tray, radiator and extractor fan were all faulty. This led to a massive delay with a household being without a shower. Often, they would send someone to just sit in the room doing nothing, I heard him on the phone telling his bosses he had nothing to do. They left the job as "done" in a terrible state, it was not worth the 10k. A year on, I still have horrible memories when I use the bathroom. There was disconnect between sales and fitting, when the radiator was installed it leaked, the fitter said it was a known issue with that model, I was steered towards buying that model of radiator. The specification wasn't fulfilled and had to call the team back. A very sad experience and not one I would recommend unfortunately. Pictures are of "job done" when mp tiles finished.

As we were so pleased with Martin's help in our choice of conservatory tile we returned to see him to choose new kitchen tiles. We arrived yesterday in dreadful weather, the rain was cascading, but could find nowhere to park :-) I noticed Martin outside waving his arms about & not thinking for 1 minute he was waving at us, kept looking for a parking space. On the next circuit, in the dreadful weather, he was still waving and when we levelled with him, he said he had recognised the car and saw us circling, so helped us to park! Not only were we so pleased with his service on choosing tiles, but his efforts to accommodate us in appalling weather were unbelievable! Can't recommend MP tiles highly enough and 2.5 years on, I still love the conservatory tiles :-)

We had an excellent experience with M&P as the designers, suppliers and installers of our new kitchen. Ryan was extremely patient with us and our many questions, and many changes to the design. He was also extremely knowledgeable about their range including NEFF (they are a Master Partner), and gave us a lot of confidence that we were in good hands. The installation itself was arranged by M&P with one of their partner fitters (Rocco) who was also excellent - both in terms of the quality of workmanship, and also in the logistics of arranging other trades like plumbers, electricians, waste removal etc. We didn’t have to worry about anything, as it was all taken care of. We are over the moon with our new high quality kitchen, with the way the installation was carried out, and the fact that our house was left clean and tidy with waste removed. We had also visited Wren and considered them for the kitchen install and whilst they have a huge showroom which is hard to beat, M&P just gave us more of a sense that they knew exactly what they were doing. They also handle all aspects of the work, contrasting with Wren where we would have needed to negotiate separately with their fitter for aspects of the work not included. Recommended without hesitation.
