EU customers, don't order on this website, you'll be double taxed ! Since Brexit, you have to pay your UK orders excluded VAT because you will pay your local VAT when your order arrives in your country (confirmed by customs). But, according to their terms of sale, they will charge you the UK VAT anyway. Moreover, the customer service is awful. They didn't answer to my messages. They told me that they never get any messages from me, then I showed them my messages. When they had no more excuses, they said that I was persistent with all my messages. So did they get my messages or not ? This is unbelievable how poor and in a bad faith is the customer service. Sad because I liked their products.
