    We've had M&N Heating & Plumbing out to service our boiler over the last couple of years and we've always found them very helpful and professional. One morning, we found ourselves with no hot water or heating so after a quick phone call they helped us diagnose and resolve the issue which was a really straight forward fix we could do ourselves.     I used M&N heating to service our boiler and hot water tank. Something happened during the service that resulted in the heating being stuck on. They refused to consider the possibility they may have damaged the system and they charged me £130 to fix the fault. They wouldn't even come out and look at the issue for free they just sent me a quote for the work. Given that our heating was stuck on full, they even took 48 hours to come and look at it and said they couldn't come the next day. Service: Water heater repair

    We have had problems with the boiler and system in our "New Home" it is 10 years old. M&N Heating have proved to be quick to respond and very professional in their advice and work. I find a couple of the latest reviews "puzzling" poor driving and tiling--they are heating engineers ? I think these reviews are of questionable intent--- and do not in any way represent the friendly professional work that we have experienced. Service: Heating system maintenance
