I had a very disappointing experience with M&M Automotive. After viewing a taxi on March 2nd and paying a deposit of £240, I was aware that the vehicle needed an MOT. However, I never heard back from them until I had to call on March 10th. They then informed me that the vehicle needed electrical work to pass its MOT, but even after three weeks, there was still no update on when it would be ready. The lack of communication and delay in getting the vehicle ready was frustrating and unprofessional. I ultimately decided not to go ahead with the purchase, but despite not receiving the vehicle or any services from them, M&M Automotive kept my £240 deposit without offering a refund. This is unacceptable and I would not recommend this dealership.

Great service. Both Martin & James were very helpful, I was able to have a really honest conversation with them about a car I was wanting to buy and we agreed a price. (The car I went to view had a couple issues which i outlined to them, and with no fuss at all they offered to sort). I suppose it would have been nice to know about the issues before I went, but that is what viewing a car is for I guess. They are car dealers afterall, don't expect miracles. We arranged delivery and just 4 days later the car arrived with me. See picture below of my purchase...
