They don't bother getting back to you. Someone came to give me a quote last week and I have had to call a couple of times (even emailed), and no response. The first time they were supposed to give a quote they "forgot" to come. Unprofessional, and they don't even have a polite telephone manner on the one occasion that I have been able to get hold of them.
