I would not trust this company . I bought a pair of trainers for Christmas and one of the trainers have collapsed at the back and I have supplied pictures yet the company Just says “ it’s out the range of eBay returns “ so that means you buy something from this company yet they refuse to do anything don’t buy from this company buy from somewhere that you can trust if you have any issues . I was abit nervous before ordering because of some of the reviews, but I got an absolute bargain Y-3 saikou for £100 once my payment was cleared the delivery was rapid by Royal Mail, I was kept updated throughout via the royal mail app , I also spoke with Bianca before I placed my order also before my item was dispatched. It was a 1st class service from start to finish and I'm totally over the moon with my new trainers.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE OF A COMPANY! Horrendous experience. Bought Ariat riding boots for my gf and they got delivered to the wrong address and someone else signed for them. I showed them proof of this and explained this situation. Contacted "becca" in customer support who said not to worry and would refund me and they would pursue the dispute with the royal mail. Becca mucked me around and made me close the case on ebay so she didn't have to refund me - I was tricked as she gave me false information saying she couldn't refund me like this. I contacted paypal and still haven't got the boots and they have my money. No effort from their side at all. Poor experience and knowledge from M J Sports Warehouse and there dealing with this, very disappointed. I have no boots and am down £120 on riding boots at christmas, awful.
