Paul was very fast to respond to my query on check a trade. He came to assess our property, was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave an excellent price compared to other quotes. Once the job was agreed he arranged for his work men to start the next day! I received an invoice for the initial payment and a ln excellent gatentee. He kept me updated throughout and came to check how things were going once his workmen had started. His workers were excellent, very considerate and hard working. They got the job done in 3 days to an outstanding quality and left my garden cleaner than before they started. So impressed with the company, I would 100% recommend M J Roofing. Not impressed. Called them in to diagnose and repair our roof. They ripped off the newly installed felt we had and replaced it with the same thing and charged me for it. Apparently the leak in the roof was because of the guttering (which makes no sense as the guttering is not on top of the roof), so still had a leak in the roof and they did not return to finish the job. A month later I decided to give up as he would either not pick up my calls or say he'd be in tomorrow but wouldn't show up ... for a month. Not impressed at all.
