Used this garage a few times over the years. Historically can’t complain but I’ve used them a couple time this year for a couple of repairs and found the receptionist very rude, to the point I’m thinking of using another garage for any other services. I’ve come away feeling very angry in the manner she had spoken to me. We understand that you are busy but so are your customers, so please sort out you receptionists attitude.
