Despite all the positive reviews, I had a really poor experience here that I felt the need to share. I originally picked this salon because it was an elite great lengths salon and is expensive. 3 visits later (over the course of the last 3 weeks) and I have already booked in to get the extensions I had fitted today, removed at a different salon. First visit, the hair used was too short despite me questioning this twice as i didnt feel it was going to be what I wanted length wise (once before and once during my appt) and far too much hair was used despite having a conversation half way through about this. Looked so bushy and terrible and despite me saying I wasn't happy, nothing was said. 2nd visit, half of what I had put in was taken out as not needed, also there wasn't enough longer hair ordered to replace all the shorter hair. So again, I found myself myself with the original problem but reversed. 3rd visit today, all hair removed and replaced and to be frank, it honestly looks like he had glued on 2 wefts at the front. The extensions fitted today aren't even the same colour I had fitted last time. I went straight to another salon after and they said they are not a colour match to your hair. (slight red tinge to these). I don't feel like I was listened to from the start, or any concern shown by the salon owner. He just seemed eager to get me out the door today and was given no apology by him at any point throughout this ordeal. This review is my opinion only and based on what I have experienced at M over the course of the last 3 weeks.
