Do NOT buy from here, what a disaster they are. Bought a new fire 6 weeks ago and faulty from the word go. Phone call after phone call, note there's no email address so you cannot complain in writing? Still not repaired, no one been out to it yet after 6 weeks. We have no fire half the time as it will not light. It looks like we'll have no fire in the living room over Christmas. You have been warned, do NOT buy from here.

Very dissapointed in after sales service. I purchased a Valor fire from this company. It was faulty and Valor were not responding to my complaint so I approached the shop.I was told initially that the problem was nothing to do with them.I felt they did not want to know. I eventually persuaded them to contact Valor but this was done reluctantly. I was then told by the shop that I was on a priority list for a call out from Valor. That was a month ago. I have heard nothing from this shop or Valor to this day My advice:- do not buy a Valor product and do not use this shop
