I've been a long time customer and I took my school trousers there and told them it was too short. I then politely asked them if they could extend it, they wanted to charge me again 7 pound and the normal price was 7 pound now on extra 14, the normal price for the trouser was 15 pound. They'd do anything to get money and are greedy. I recommend going another store then this store because all of the staff are disrespectful. Avoid it.
