MGP delivered specialist mirrored and clear glass for one of our reviewers several years ago... we were very pleased then... as we were on 28-Jan. We were delighted with the finished job... three bespoke pieces of glass, two were toughened, and all cut to the exact millimetre requested. Verona in the sales office was extremely helpful, taking the order, ensuring the dimensions, the thickness required, toughened or not, and promised delivery the next week. A very minor issue was resolved in no time with perfect customer service, so we must give a five-star recommendation to MGP. We ordered a glass top for a bedside table, a large glass chopping board for a kitchen and a fridge shelf. But our reviewer was not clear enough with the finish required, so when delivered, we noticed the corners were not rounded... No problem, said MGP! Verona offered to take the glass back and promised the modifications on the same day without charge. Thanks to Mason for double-checking the corner radius specification to be absolutely sure.

Very disappointing. Took a bottle to MGP to have a small hole drilled in order to make it into a lamp. First enquiry was told that it would be a 20 minute job. Took the bottle back later and was told 5 days. Numerous phone calls and promises that it would be the next job. 2 weeks later and still no hole in bottle. Have taken bottle back and given up. Will go somewhere else. Appreciate this is only a small job but if they did not want to do the work promptly they should have said at the outset.
