What a lovely man, he came recommended & didn't disappoint. A simple phone call to request a measure & quote, he arrived on the Friday with four swatch books, I browsed through them in the comfort of my home while he got on with the measurements, I chose my stair carpet & he gave me an instant quote which included carpet grippers, underlay, three door transition bars the carpet & of course his time & expert fitting, he returned the following Friday to lay the carpet & what a cracking job he did, I would definitely use his services again & highly recommend him to my friends & family.

100% reccommend - a real professional. I had an off-cut given to me which I wanted putting down in a small room. Only trouble was it was in two bits and 1 length was too long and the other too short. This wasnt a problem, he just turned up and got on with it and it all looks perfect ! He knows what he's doing, no worries at all. Was on time. Nice and polite in comms. A real gem. I also have to add I tried posting on FB groups etc looking for a carpet fitter and was just let down by every single person. Don't mess about - go to a pro. Martin sorted us out double quick when every other apparent carpet fitter let us down. Diamond service.

Oh my God, if all craftsmen were like this, I would happily have done my whole house up already! Martin was friendly, punctual, great at communicating and fast to reply to questions. He was transparent in his planning, gave a reasonable pricing and timeframe, and the quality of his job was immaculate. What is more - I drilled into my heating piping the weekend before the carpet should have been laid. I told Martin via text and that I needed to get a plumber in before his job, and he actually offered to organise the plumber for me, and in such a way that both worked together on the same day, and he completed the job without any delay! I was amazed. Such a good service, and it made this such a lovely experience.
