Disgraceful that the company can not reply back to any emails and then I get a rude lady answer the phone saying they don't deal with parents. My son has a work placement lined up and they have refused it! We have emailed to ask why as the placement has had many students for work experience before and has followed all guidelines to set this up for my son to be there.We got his placement sorted in November! They have taken so long to reply or do anything (they just don't care) the school (Greenacre) has said they are OK with the placement but it's down to you! My son was so excited about this and you have taken it away from him. It is now to late to apply for another place of his choice, leaving him with nothing. So disappointed.
