Have been buying equipment from MCQ for many years. The owner and his wife and son who run the business are always very helpful and can generally get you what you need. I bought a pa Mixer from MCQ about 20 years ago and it's still going strong! I've also hired some absolutely excellent pa equipment as well, most notable a Klynstrom power amp and a set of massive speakers with 2 15 inch drivers in each cabinet. The sound from that system is heavy. Legendary little shop on the Walworth Road!

Basically sold me 4 audio cables that are the worst quality ever (the 4 of them, not just the one). Not only do they make everything buzz and crackle (probably carrying static electricity). I want to support local businesses but frankly I expected better quality control from a supposed "specialist" shop.
