I went into this plumbing shop as I needed some copper accessories as an amateur customer who wanted advise in help the person in the shop was rude non responsive to my questions he could give me some advice but I would prefer to browse as I was browsing the guy behind the counter responded I've given you my advice you've been here 30 minutes now you have to leave and will not let me browse as I prefer to have it visuals to have a look at the copper piping accessories. this man very rude i will never go there again if you if anyone needs any advice or help this is not the person to go to or the shop terrible service and I felt very uncomfortable being there. as he told me you have to leave as you've been here too long and I was only there for minimum of 15 minutes. I've never experienced anything like this before Update I went to Chris Stevens bathroom and plumbing and they were very helpful it wasn't a hard or difficult purchase that I needed but it seemed a lot of effort for this gentleman to help me and very rude the pictures below is what I've got and required but did not help me at all these items I needed were not bought from this shop but I purchased from b&q and Chris Stevens.

I bought a hose from them, it broke after a few days, and when I went to them, they treated me very rudely and refused to change it. Very low quality, Very bad customer service, Rubbish Tool quality . I suggest you never buy from here because you threw your money in the trash. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
