The girl selling (simi I think) is the worst I've ever seen. Rude, ungrateful for any new customers, wouldn't sell to me because someone else buys from them. Completely mental, why not serve both of us, the consumer is the winner of that price war.

This is a b to b wholesale only business and does not supply direct to the public, but this is not made clear on the website. Having said that the phone was answered quickly and after this was explained the member of staff did take the time to look for a retail outlet close to me. Unfortunately it turned out the suggested shop didn't actually stock what I wanted. I found an online supplier eventually and took all their stock but this an expensive option. It says on the jar imported by M A Oriental so perhaps they are the UK's only importer. Incidentally I was after Koon Chun hoisin sauce. It is so tasty or it was years ago when I was last able to buy it in the UK. Nothing I've tried in the last several years has come close. I'm hoping the recipe hasn't been modified.
