After 25 years of being a patient at this practice I am leaving. I was removed from the NHS patient list without warning because I didn't attend within a 2 year period. Apparently the practice has forgotten about the global pandemic and lockdown we all endured. Since then I have been a "MyOptions" private patient. Despite being charged more I have been treated worse. Appointments which are booked weeks in advance are routinely cancelled without any explanation given or any offer to rebook. The practice seems to take its customers and patients for granted and has rapidly declined since Paul and Ash left. Reception staff are also rude and unfriendly which never used to be the case.

Becoming a shambles of a place. Now a 7 month wait just for your yearly check up appointment. I'm told its due to several dentists leaving, perhaps they should replace them! I've now registered with another dentist who booked me in within 2 weeks.

Was a new customer needing an emergency appointment for a replacement filling and was very impressed with the efficiency of the reception staff and the speed at which they booked me in to see someone. However, my issue is with the actual dentist who was rough and careless enough to slice a gash into the inside of my cheek while grinding down the filling. No apology, just an offhand acknowledgement that he 'nicked' my cheek as we watched the suction tube turn pink with blood, and my eyes stream from the discomfort. I am now left with an open wound in my cheek that I can fit my tongue into and an unpleasant throbbing pain. Needless to say I will not be returning to pay for the pleasure of further butchery.
