Horrible customer service from Adelle need more training, you can’t ask for my number yet I have valid receipt for pick up on top of that give me a wrong item then shout I have attitude she lost the plot, I shop in that shop for you to have employment maybe you should have that in your head. I have never heard in my entire life CSA shouting on a customer… more training needed and you lost me as a customer

I went to Lyon’s uniform shop, I was served by a sales assistant (Reena) who was very helpful and efficient in finding my kids sizes in everything they needed. She made the whole experience very easy and quick especially at the till. They had all the sizes in stock and we were done in about 20 mins. Thanks again Reena!

I usually dread getting my son's uniform but the whole process was quick and easy at Lyons. Audrey served us today-she was polite and helpful. In fact, all the staff are friendly. You get a personal shopper to help you which makes the whole shopping experience easy.

Went there this morning and the young lady that served us (amarachi) totally knows her stuff she only looked at my grandson and she got his sizes on point she made our experience very nice indeed. Was all done and paid within 15 minutes thank you amarachi 😃

Went this morning to get bothy my son's kitted out for their respective schools. They are difficult sizes and we usually struggle to find the right fit. Not today. Audrey who served us was knowledgable, polite and discrete. Almost everything we needed was in stock and the items which weren't have been ordered for us. A brilliant one-stop-shop that has saved hours of ordering and returning ill-fitting uniform.
