I ordered a roll of polythene thru eBay, I had to cancel my order, due to non delivery, a day later, a lady from lynx rang me to apologize for the service i had received, after explaining all the details, she agreed, lynx as a company was in the wrong, and very kindly sent me a roll of polythene, to show how my complaint was taken seriously..,so thank you to lynx for there dealing with this matter..👍👍👏👏
