Fantastic customer service. Vickie was super friendly and helpful. She promised me a delivery after lunch time and by 3:30 pm I had 1000 liters of oil. The driver was super friendly and explained about a monitoring device that can be fitted that communicates directly with their system and we agreed on how to gain access as a delivery person. A great ending to a rather tight personal situation of 3 nights without heating. Highly highly recommended. Speak to a person that understands customer experience.

We contacted Lynx as we had unfortunately ran low of oil. In the current climate we had a lot of companies advise they couldn't deliver to us, never replied or were super expensive. We dealt with Helen who was just amazing. It took less than a week too which we were grateful for. We will be staying with Lynx for our future orders.
