Only for Surrey residents from April 2022 I think I saw. I know this isn't the only centre that has such a rule but it seems churlish to me. Imagine someone who lives just on the border....their nearest centre may be very close...but their official one miles away...so much for efficiency and being "green"...anyway, back to this place. I like the fact that there are no stairs for many (could be all..) of the recycling rubbish types. Park your car (spaces for maybe 15 cars??) and then drop your reycling in. Also great that next to the garden recycling container they very conveniently put a smaller bin for ones excess plastic bags from the garden rubbish...so, a well-organised place...shame I can't use it as I'm not in Surrey, so won't/can't go back.
