Second attempt in the last 6 months to get face to face for genuine issues. One wonders if there actually any back office staff. Again after two days we had to resort to hospital services, which were excellent. What is the point of this place if no one is home?

Very useless and unreliable. They have the most stupid booking system and for someone who works odd hours and is unable to call at set times it's makes it impossible to get an appointment. Equally don't have endless time to faff about with online booking forms! Why is it so flipping hard to get to see a human doctor in person!!

The doctors are very good but unfortunately the receptionist can only book you a telephone call and you have to wait 3 to 4 weeks for that even when the doctor said he wants to see you face to face on a certain date the receptionist says you can’t it looks to me like the receptionist have more power than the doctors because they are not listening to what the doctors have told their patients which is a bit worrying and receptionist haven’t had any experience in medical matters I was told she couldn’t book me in on a date because it was not on my notes Very disappointed and I wrote a letter to the doctor asking him to clarify matters
