DISGUSTING SERVICE! AVOID! Booked a taxi via the app from the Parklife pickup point to our hotel 15 mins away. Booking confirmed on app then when I rang at pick up time to check it was coming they told me I would have to walk to another location which was 1 HOUR AWAY!!! I told the man on the phone that I should have been told if my booking was not available instead of it being confirmed and his words were ‘you booked it on the app, who did you expect to tell you?’ I had to kindly remind him that I had entered my mobile number into the app and another taxi company had rang me following a booking to inform me that they were not picking up. His tone of voice was very rude and not at all understanding. I would never in a million years book a a taxi with this company as they obviously do not take any care or responsiliry towards their customers!

Shocking service. Pre ordered a taxi early morning for 11pm. Was told they would book it in for 1130pm to be safe we agreed. At 1145pm was told it would be a minimum of 45 mins because of Ramadan and busy traffic. Shocking. If someone pre orders then you arrange for the taxi to be there for the agreed time! Disgusting treatment

After a drunken night out, i managed to leave a bag in a taxi, contents had over £100 of items in it, I rang several times the next day when I realised but the driver wasn't back in work till later, I was just about thinking that I had lost them, then the taxi driver turned up at my house with bag and all its contents, what an absolute gent, I won't use any other taxi firm now, excellent service.
