Awful experience Some new girl last week I’ve not seen before have been a regular customer for 4 years now , I arrived at 11:40 by 11:55 she was done and charged me £30 for 30 minutes when I actually had 15 minutes and the price is supposed to be £25 for 30 minutes During massage very rushed and asked me for £100 begging for money Very unprofessional very uncomfortable I asked to speak to Lynn but they said they don’t have her number so nobody to complain to Very dissatisfied after being a loyal customer for 4 years Such a shame
