Being a small business owner I post hundreds if not thousands of parcels a year. To day I had a single letter to post and rather than use the on line booking I decided to use the Lymington post office for the first time. Well the Asian lady and I use the term lady loosely was extremely rude from the moment I stepped into the establishment. Other customers were dismayed at her attitude and sympathised with me When I eventually got to the counter she very slow on purpose and argumentive condescending rude ignorant and down right disrespect. She she should definitely not be in position of dealing with members of the public. Unfortunately I will never wish to return to this branch The one star rating is there because I cannot give a minus rating which this postoffice and its worker deserve

Using the Post office counter service in Lymington is like going to the dentist. Something not to look forward to. The only difference is that our dentist is polite, courteous and helpful. Exactly the opposite to the staff at the post office. No wonder few use the post office now.

Very efficient, helpful friendly staff that are always on the ball with what ever is asked of them. Being a local I use the post office regularly so although I don't really , I'm treated like I know them. Generally leave on a high ,job done and smiling . They are very patient with the public even when it's gets busy and the public aren't so patient themselves.

Wonderful, bright, clean, and thoughtfully set out. Plenty to look at if you are in a queue. Staff are friendly but they are also very efficient and knowledgeable regarding their services. Worth a queue just for a second class stamp.
