So my hp laptop just died. I asked Matt to transfer the files on the hard drive to a new laptop I bought so they wouldn't be lost. He managed this plus he got the old laptop (easily 8 years old 9) working faster than ever. I returned the new laptop to the shop as my old one was working better than that one was. Only had one small issue since, that he sorted remotely. Very pleased with the service, very friendly and helpful. Many thanks Matt
