Professionalism was shocking. Sadly, was never able to actually see Ms. Badia herself as her reception staff were rude and obstructive in particularly Barbara Landell Mills. After raising concerns with the practice I was supposedly responded to by Ms. Badia, but the email received was not from her email address and I have suspicions that it was sent by the reception staff in her name. In truth, on the basis of this I don't think this is the kind of place you would want to be treated in as it the professionalism of the organization appears to be seriously lacking and non-transparent.

Dr Badia is a hidden secret. She works very closely with Dr Charles East and has gained a lot of knowledge from him which is evident in her work. I am 2 weeks on post Rhinoplasty with Dr Badia and I can't explain how happy I am! She is a very skilled surgeon who I immediately had trust from upon first time meeting with her. The anaesthetist she works alongside with was incredible also and completely tailor made the anaesthetic to me and my problems. Overall experience has been great.
