    I would not recommend this company to buy a ticket. I bought a ticket when I call and said I wana cancell my ticket they call airline and told me airline neither cancell ticket nor refund. After that I call airline they said we can cancell but you need to talk your agency. Thay always lier. Please don't buy tickets from this company.

    In booked the ticket few months before and cancelled as well and I asked about the refund but they won’t refund so I spoke one of the customer support member and finally refund 100 pounds each for me and husband as well but I received 100 pound only and I tried to contact with them but they not responding properly and ignore the call it’s really a worst experience for me in Lyca fly and they are not trust worthy..

    Do not use this company, complete scammers. We booked a ticket for my son in law who had to travel abroad as an emergency. Paid an extortionate amount, a few hours before he was due at the airport they contacted us to say the flight had been cancelled till the next day Go home and come back tomorrow. We had travelled 150 miles to get there this was not feasible,. On checking the flights ourselves we saw that the flight was not cancelled and was showing ontime. We went to the ticket desk to find out was happening and they were deeply apologetic, no connection to this scam company at all but said despite us having a booking reference and ticket number,they had not even purchased one for us. I won't even go into their appalling customer service etc. I received a curt email saying we would receive a refund in 14 days. After all their lies, I have contacted my bank who are refunding the ticket as have seen In these reviews the saga that people have experienced trying to get a refund. Save yourself rhe headache avoid avoid avoid

    What a nightmare to book a holiday with lycafly, i am chasing for reschedule my booking, and there is no direct contact, Lycafly is trying to con me, i had a word with hotel team, and they are happy to reschedule but lycafly are saying that, they have supplier who is dealing with that, time is getting closer to travel day and no response yet. I can understand why they have just 3.1 star I suppose to check review first

    I called the LycaFly customer care regarding my flight reservation, i done a mistake of putting title wrong, instead of "Miss" i put "Mr",it was for my sister, just to change that small detail they charge me £100. I realize this just after 10 minutes of booking and they told me that it is chargeable,I have evidence of this. This is so unacceptable, thought there was no other availability i had to pay them for this.
