I have waited, to speak to supervisor half an hour to hear phone been put down on me ! I have asked to set up direct debit last month to see my phone it’s been cut off in the and of the month ! I have called yesterday to solve the problem to renew my plan to set up direct debit and In the Last minute before I make payment they said system down call back in half an hour keep calling after half an hour they kept saying half an hour I can’t make a phone call very frustrated How can we tell our customer as we are on mobile phone shop business to trust( LYCA ) mobile ? we will remove all like a Sim cards from display right now. End of story
