I've been a patient of this practice for quite a while, initially with Russell was fine at first,but when I had problems became very nonchalant,and even aggressive in his approach because I questioned his procedure to a ongoing problem he raised he voice during treatment at that point I sort getting treated by someone else in the practice.then to find that I had lots of issues that had never been mentioned to me!!!! This was to my long term detriment I have since sort proper dental carecare abroad , massive difference
