We were on the hunt for a car for my mother.I came across LVMC and after reading reviews and looking at their cars in stock,I decided to look at a VW Golf.Well…They did not disappoint!Everything from the first call to the sale of the car went smoothly. The customer service was outstanding,same goes for the car!I was looked after by James,who proved to be very knowledgeable,reliable,answered all my questions,gave me cold water and even taxed it for us!the service I got was miles better than main dealership!I would recommend LVMC to anyone and would happily come back to them for our next purchase!Well done James and Wendy!Keep it up! Here goes… I travelled 200 miles but train to view and buy a car here, assuming I’d be driving it back home. The car looked lovely on the photos, I even asked the salesman to look at it critically and send any pictures of any damage before I travelled as it was such a long way. Kindly he sent some pictures of some light scratches which were nothing and slightly bigger gap on one side of the front bumper. I was glad of these and chose to view the car and investigate further before buying. I test drove the car and it drive nice. The salesman was happy to let me go so my own thing which was refreshing. This gap turned out to be the same both sides of the front bumper and on further inspection it was down to a previous front end bump where it’d pushed the bumper out at either side of the wings, small brackets in the engine bay were also bend, fixings for the head lights the front grill and the inner wheel arches had all been adjusted to try align the front end. i then discovered the rear lights didn’t fit correctly and there were large panel gaps at one side and the tailgate was rubbing on the rear lights at the other. This was clearly down to a rear end bump. Its a used car and it will have had paint knocks here and there before this garage took stock of this car, I appreciate the garage can’t check every bit of every car, but when I’m travelling 200 mile, and I’ve specifically asked for pictures of any damage or anything unusual before I travel, I don’t expect to find a car that’s had a front end and rear end bump where both repairs haven’t put the car and panel gaps back to standard, and clearly both repairs can be seen. Seems a decent garage and decent guy but on this time they were way off the mark, especially for an RAC approved garage. Just a true and honest account which may not be liked, a day wasted and £150 down the drain….

Fantastic service from start to finish - a real pleasure to deal with. I contacted James via email about a car having seen the ad on Auto Trader but before it had arrived in stock. He honestly couldn't have been more helpful in answering every question that I had and keeping me in the loop as to when it would arrive and always a speedy response. I had to travel about 4-5 hours by a mixture of public transport to get there from Poole, but I still reserved the car having only seen one photo thanks to the trust I had in LVMC as a dealership. It's no wonder they have great reviews! Fast forward a few weeks, the car has been great - as has the aftersales service. Had one minor issue where the Nissan badges fell off the wheels on the journey home but James arranged for new ones to be sent and they arrived a week later. Will need another car soon and despite the long distance, would definitely purchase from again and highly recommend. Thanks James and team.

Viewed a Mercedes in November, was told on the phone it had only just come in and it wasn’t ready. Headed up from Folkestone anyway as finding a decent Viano is hard enough anyway. It had a few issues, struck up a deal anyway included trading in my car. Paid the deposit. Some of the repairs went well and other didn’t and I was offered the chance to pull out I didn’t, mainly because they are actually a genuine dealership and the customer service I received had been great anyway. Plus wasn’t in any rush to get the Viano anyway as was nothing wrong with the car I was trading in so waiting was fine. Picked the car up on Christmas Eve which was great of them, few hours later some of the repairs had failed. Sent them an email, didn’t expect a reply until a few weeks later as it was Christmas but I did anyway. It got booked in at my local garage, they found a few more issues and LVMC also sorted that out as well which they didn’t have to do, nor did I ask even sent Money for me to order a rear light. Then to the point of they supplied the missing disk for the sat nav. Then the car had to go to a specialist which LVMC also sorted that out as well. I dealt with James mainly, who bent over backwards for us. I believe it was Richard who was working Christmas Eve for us to collect the car. I also dealt with Daniel, who I believe is the owner. All three men were amazing. Daniel is an amazing business owner and definitely made sure the customer was happy at any expense to them. 100% I’m going to be a returning customer, they have pretty much replaced every used part on the Viano, even removed awful wind deflectors that previous owner glued on and then repainted the tops of the doors. They went above and beyond, never disputing the fact it’s 12 years old with wear and tear issues. I cannot fault LVMC at all. Made so many calls at this point on first name bases, can recognise the voices before they even say their names and I expect to be invited to any future business events haha.

I bought a very specific version of a a BMW Series 3 convertible from LVMC, having travelled from the other side of the country (Somerset). I was really impressed with the professionalism of the team as well as with how smoothly the whole process went. Everything was explained to me in advance and again when I was in person, the car was exactly as advertised and waiting for me to inspect and the fact that it has been thoroughly checked plus all the other extras made me feel confident that I made the right choice. Overall I felt like a valued customer. I thoroughly recommend LVMC.
