Courier issues on the dispatch side meant my order took two weeks to arrive. I had emailed initially to check that dispatch had gone smoothly as I required items from the order for an event. Had I not chased up the status of the items a few days after ordering, it seems likely I would never have been informed of any issues. I requested a refund at the 10 day mark as I had needed to repurchase the items from elsewhere in time for the event, however was told that this wouldn’t be possible until 10 working days had passed with the courier in possession of the package. I understand that this was a dispatch issue, however I feel the situation could have been handled better by staff.

Horrible Customer Service. Possibly the strangest place I've ever visited. Never before has an over intelligent manner-less emotionless collection of losers ever congregated in such numbers. Spotty youths, overweight oafs, weedy dropouts, it has them all. It's nice that they have a place to go though. Somewhere that deodorant and personal hygiene really isn't relevant. Anyway I was ignored upon entering. Didn't have any clue who was in charge. When I did find out who was in charge The merchant was reluctant to leave his card game to serve me.
