  Most unprofessional estate agent, I would avoid at all costs! Pretending to be off sick but call back on a different number and they are magically back in work 10 mins later when chasing queries! Advertising properties with the wrong leasehold details and refusing to give the commitment fee back when unable to buy with a mortgage! Avoid at all costs as can’t get a sale through after over 9 months through no fault of my own

  Selling our property last year in Digbeth. Purposefully kept us in limbo by lying to us for 6 months (saying they had a viable buyer) who couldn’t get a mortgage on our property. If we pulled out of the deal we would owe LV £3k but instead we were stuck. Manager is vile and degrading on the phone. They will likely say this review is fake but will happily escalate further if necessary. WARNING - do not touch them with a barge pole! Edit 31.03.23 as expected, this response is absolutely untruthful and inaccurate! An EWS1 form was not needed as our apartment wasn’t clad- this was a clear delaying tactic. Additionally, J (for confidentially) told us that the buyer was one of his investor friends (not a first time buyer). J said on the phone that he knew this sale wouldn’t never complete and that the contract was written in such a way that he would get paid whether the apartment was sold or not, so he didn’t care who ended up paying for the failed transaction as he would be paid either way. Fortunately, we have collated all our evidence and are happy to provide this to a legal representative.
