My vehicle broke down in Sutton Park. We were 2 women, in a quiet area of the park on a Bank Holiday weekend with 3 hours until the Park Gates locked. LV were brilliant. Woman who took my call was very professional, friendly and efficient. Asked appropriate questions, especially relating to the welfare of my passenger who has serious heart disease. Rang us every 30 mins to ensure we were ok. We were able to track the rescue service which reached us well within the hour. The Rescue Service - Beeches Recovery (James) was excellent and my vehicle was quickly loaded on to the rescue truck and we were then taken home. Faultless service. Thank you LV

Discovered no back lights, couldn't sort it myself. Approx 2100, called breakdown, very efficient, however the contactor let us down by prioritising, so abt. 0100 despite being offered a taxi, we drove back on the fog light and brake lights. Whilst LVB,phoned to ascertain our safe return it was traumatic and disappointing experience.

I paid upfront for a policy for a year. My car has just broken down and I’ve phoned them for the first time. Was informed my policy isn’t active and as it’s after 5, there’s nothing they can do and I have to phone back tomorrow after 9. Meanwhile my car is left stranded. Terrible service.

Great customer service, always answers phones within seconds. None of this "your held in a queue" malarkey. Even covers onwards recovery to a garage the following day if your recovered at night and everything is closed. Excellent service, well recommended.

Burst tyre on M6 and call answered by Jake. Very helpful and professional with recovery within 30mins from local company. Transported to local tyre company and back on the road in less than 1 hr from initial call. Jake from Britannia called numerous times to ensure recovery/repair had occurred. Best experience on a Sat afternoon.
