Used this companies services to move house in January. The boss told me I would get a lift there in the front of the van and would pay after the job was completed. The man driving the van has an bad attitude from the very start. I was told after loading my stuff in the van that I was actually riding in the back of the van without a seat let alone seatbelt, which is not safe nor legal. When we got to my new place I was then told I had to pay them before unloading which was not what was agreed. He then started shouting at me in the street for several minutes to pay them while projecting insecurities about his attitude and not going anywhere in life. I was visibly shaking. When they finally unloaded everything (onto the pavement) and I payed them, he said if his boss was here he would have tried to charge me more for blocking traffic. Incredibly stressful awful experience in an already stressful time. Would stay well away.

Lvl81 delivered and completed one hell of a move this Sunday - I required a strong team to lift 20+ boxes, a teak super heavy bed and bits and bobs - From the 3rd floor then deliver again to the top floor lol. They accepted and completed the job with pure professionalism and most importantly, a reasonable price - I'm not using anyone else for Removals going forward. Diamond lads.

The driver of PN66KHF had a very bad attitude. Telling me the priced agreed with office isn't worth taking my rubbish and said its manual labour and he's not taking it. I tried telling him weather I paid £70 or £700, that's not for him to discuss with the customer as its been agreed with the office. Very unprofessional and will never use again. Now I need to pay another company to collect the bits he left. Thanks for nothing!!!
