Im afraid I have also been stung by the battery replacement service routine. Quoted one price at the Harvey Nichols store in Manchester, quoting 7-10 days turn around, only to be sent a quote several days later that they cant guarantee waterproof without a full service (over 3x the original quote) - strange, the manufacturers don’t say the same? Its been over 3 weeks now and despite asking for a update via email, after several attempts to speak to them via the number I was provided, Im still non the wiser on the status. Very poor.

I have worn my Seamaster Chrono every day for 15yrs, it was battered, lots of dings and scratches. I have had it back for 1 week now, it is keeping perfect time, the best it has ever kept and they have done a fantastic job of refurbing the case and strap. Pushers and seals replaced along with the bezel spring. It wasnt cheap and it took 5 months, communication could be better, but I would use them again.

AVOID AVOID !! PRICES ARE EXTORTIONATE!! COMPARED TO WHAT THEY SAY ON WEBSITE SENT MY LADIES BREITLING QUARTZ FOR REPAIR AS NEW BATTERY WOULD NOT WORK TO BE PESTERED ABOUT GETTING IT SERVICED FOR £441 PLUS £80+VAT FOR POLISHING WHICH TAKES 5MINS AND SHOULD COME WITH A SERVICE AT THAT PRICE!! NO MENTION ABOUT ANY REPAIRS OR WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS EVEN THOUGH I ASKED NUMEROUS TIME'S! ONLY SAID ABOUT A SERVICE, WHEN ASKED TO RETURN MY WATCH WAS SENT IN A SCRAP OF BUBBLE WRAP NO PROTECTIVE CASE ID BEEN CHARGED £22 FOR!! RIP OFF MERCHANT DO NOT USE AVOID!!!

I went to the Manchester branch in Harvey Nichols to have a new battery put in my Tissot, and while I was there I got it cleaned. I spoke to Charlie who was friendly and very knowledgeable. It took about 30 minutes in total and looked fantastic! Would highly recommend.

Awful service quoted 5 to 7 working days for an estimate I've still not received one its been 20 days no one is replying to my emails no one answered the telephone, I went in to complain and ask where my quote was up to I was assured I'd get a call Monday its now Thursday, shocking service I've still no idea where my highly valued watch is and its just disgusting dont use this service. If you're waiting on parts and pricing then manage expectations properly and contact your customers rather than them chasing hopefully someone sees this and contacts me
