That was an incredible experience working with Greg and Monica. These guys will make your transfer problem-free, comfortable and luxury. Everything starting from the first touch until the end was on the so high level. We were travelling from Calais to London with our pet. We had a problem with our pet's document, that forced us to stay overnight on a border and wait for next day to cross it. Greg immediately reacted, reassured me that everything is alright and he will stay with me. So he spend all this time with us, helped with a pet, and as result we arrived at our destination at 3 AM. Even in such unpredictable situation Greg was fully professional, didn't leave me and helped me to overcome the difficulties. I was really impressed by the service provided by Luxury Pet Taxi and highly recommend it to everyone.

Excellent service and communication. We traveled from HK to Qatar to Paris, from there we got a taxi to the UK. Greg helped explain well the whole process for traveling to the UK with two cats. He was on time, helped with bags, paperwork and his car was modern and clean. I spoke with 5-6 other pet taxis and I would highly recommend using Greg. Thanks for the help.

Flawless from start to finish! After a very early train from London to Folkestone, Arek greeted us with a big smile and a swift drive through check-in, onto Pet registration. It being our first time travelling abroad with our little Cavalier we were extremely grateful to be able to bumble along bleary-eyed knowing that we were in more than capable hands! Arek dropped us at Calais Frethun having checked our onward train was on schedule and left us to it. Three weeks later we were picked up by the wonderful Greg to take us back to the UK, which was an equally smooth and comfortable ride. Having done a fair amount of research we we felt confident in the price and reassured by the excellent and prompt customer service. Blankets, fresh water, a quality car and ultra professional, yet friendly service means you can just put your feet up and enjoy the ride- it really felt like our holiday started the moment we got into the car. You could also tell that Greg and Arek are clearly animal lovers and we all felt like VIPs. Looking forward to using Luxury Pet Taxi when we go on holiday again!

Choose Luxury Pet Taxi! Choosing to travel with Luxury Pet Taxi was the best travel decision I ever made. We had never travelled with a pet before and found this service after the second flight cancellation. Greg was able to book us in at short notice and provided all the information we needed in order to travel with our little Dina. He showed up on time reassured us and sent photos on his journey over. We had nice cold bottles of water provided throughout the journey which was a very nice touch. We could not recommend this service more. Great price, great driver, very friendly, stopped when we needed and was on time for everything 5* all the way! Thank you so much and look forward to the next journey & Dina does to!

Greg is amazing. Friendly and considerate. I had problem booking my flight and he was patiently waiting for me to confirm. My dog is sometimes nervous with a long car drive but with Greg she was super chill and comfortable. If you are traveling to the UK with your pet I would highly recommend Greg!
