DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, SCAMMERS.... I purchased more the £4,000 worth of flooring. The boxes was delivered into the house and stacked nicely one of top of another, I unopened a few top boxes and all seems ok. 5 weeks later I was ready to fit the flooring and worked my way through the stack of flooring only to find many of the bottom boxes was badly dented in and damaged, from the looks of it their delivery persons had put all the damaged boxes at the bottom of the pile and the good boxes at the top, hiding all the damaged ones. I reported the issue and provided images, their response was "its to late, returns are within 30 days ". Also the quality is really poor, only have them installed for 3 weeks, they scratch very easily and some areas have even chipped.

Very poor quality. The floor lasted less than a year and the warranty, if you can actually get them to honour it, doesn’t come close to covering the full the cost of installation.

Order samples of flooring, then received an email saying I should order quickly as the price would be going up by 15%. Ordered the flooring only to find a price drop a week later. Recieved the flooring and it is very poor quality, the wear layer on spc flooring is discoloured and bubbled.

I’ve been very impressed with this company - they provided an excellent service from start to finish. They quickly dispatched somewhere in the region of 15 parquet samples, held our order for us, switched our order to an alternative parquet and then delivered it promptly. They have honestly been excellent and the quality of our floor is phenomenal! I highly recommend painswick oak rabbit if you’re looking for a slightly larger parquet floor! It is stunning!

UPDATE: I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE MANAGER, I DID HOWEVER RECEIVE THE £20 P&P REFUND Shockingly bad customer service. Having spent over £500 on laminate it transpired I needed extra door bars, I ordered however what I received was the wrong item. Firstly, this caused an issue with the install as the contractors were working on site waiting for the item. I called Luxury Flooring, they confirmed what I already knew, they had sent the wrong profile door bar. The T Bar I needed was out of stock. I was told by the rude agent (who kept talking over me and was determined to have the last word) that they would refund me for the item but not the £20 P&P, if the item I needed was in stock they would send it FOC but as it wasn’t I have to pay the P&P for them to send me what I didn’t order… ?! I am waiting on a call from a manager, could take up to 48 hours. I shall contact Trading Standards if they are unable to rectify as this really is totally unacceptable. Order from here with caution. I will update, hopefully more positively, once I’ve spoken to the manager.

I am not one to write negative reviews. However, given the amount of money spent I feel others need to be made aware of this company. Do not be fooled by the 25 year guarantee. Less than 2 weeks after our flooring was put down a number of boards started to chip. (During the fitting another number of boards chipped but we thought this may have just been a one off. That along with a number of other boards being found with marks on.) I contacted the company who said they will send out an ‘independent’ surveyor. They are NOT independent. They are employed by the company to complete the inspection. It is therefore not in the interest of the inspection company to go against Luxury flooring and furnishings by saying it is the products they sell that are faulty/of poor quality. 5 weeks after reporting the issue I had an email to say the report was back and the inspector has stated it was the un-level floor that has caused the chipping. However, when the inspector came to my address he told me. To my face. That the un-level floor (that was only un-level in one part and NOT where the main chips were) would not cause this issue and that it would cause an issue over time. However, low and behold the report has said this is what has caused it and as such voids the warranty as it is a fitting issue. I am so disgusted in this company. My advice to anyone would be not to buy from them and to shop locally as any issues can be dealt with face to face and not only via email (I called but they said it had to go through email). The flooring has not got to come up and replaced with something else leaving us greatly out of pocket.

Received my samples really quick and was so impressed with the sample sizes. I also loved that I could order more than 4 samples in one order as I’m very indecisive and needed to look at a vast amount to really know what I wanted. Very impressed with the tea and biscuits that were in the package also, unfortunately my toddler ate the biscuit but the tea was very much needed! Many thanks!
