1. They charged me £12.49 for ‘luxury shirt’ instead of £2.99 without asking me, just because it is from a brand. 2. Then for £12.49, I expect some professional cleans on it, but they literally delivered a wet shirt back to me. Yeah, it wasn’t even been dry properly.

I gave them a stack of mildew covered jackets coats and suits (they were in storage for a long time and we just recently managed to take them out) and every single item came back brand new. Particularly impressive was that all my husband suit jackets’ lapels were rolled, not pressed flat. If you’re a suits enthusiast, you’ll understand how important that is. Quick and great turn around of my laundry to and from the hotel but I just wish my clothes were folded better. Also their I industrial machinery is rougher on clothes than home machines so don't send any fragile clothing for laundry.
