Ordered product - it arrived with parts missing & the wrong cushions. No response to emails but over a telephone call, we were promised a replacement. That was a month ago. Since then no response to emails and phone doesn't get answered. We have given up trying, which is, I suspect, what they hoped we would do - AVOID
