Hi! Texted them to book an appointment, they answered in 2 minutes. Polite texts, I asked to book an appointment for 16:00, they asked to make it 16:30, we agreed. Next day I Came on time. I entered their office with another lady, and ALLU’s gentleman asked weird question “who pressed the buzz first?” (?!?!?!?!) ; she said she was first. But I did not see her coming with me….Anyway, he asked me and my husband to wait. 30 minutes …….. 30 minutes we waited !! No one came to us, no one said “sorry for long wait” and etc, so, we left. I Immediately texted same number saying that we left because we were waiting for 30 minutes and it’s not acceptable for business. They did not even answer. 2 days already gone. I never write reviews, and if they would AT LEAST answer my text and apologize I would give them a chance. I ran my own aesthetic clinic in London and know that sometimes things can go wrong in business but client is the priority and hospitality ….. well, ALLU does not have it. And does not teach their workers about corporate ethics. I was willing to sell Prada, YSL, Chloe, Fendi bags. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Went to sell a Louis Vuitton Mens bag and was told bag wasn’t authentic even though I had proof of purchase straight from LV website. Rude staff - laughing saying it’s fake and from china. Straight after I went to Louis Vuitton and within minutes they were able to tell me it’s 100% authentic. The shop doesn’t know what they’re on about. Don’t bother unless you want to waste your time.
