I recently received my bed from this company to say it’s awful is an understatement there isn’t anything luxury about it it had more faults than I can list, the headboard is two different heights along with the divan! The base is joined at the side by a metal bar that sticks out like a sore thumb some of the material isn’t wrapped on and there are gaps in the frame of the headboard also I paid extra to get the bed reinforced of which it’s not. I’ve emailed the company my complaint they replied to try tell me I only had 7 days to complain of which isn't correct and doesn’t coincide with the law! I’ve asked for the bed to be collected and for a full refund as I’m entitled to yet I still haven’t had it collected they stated they would speak to there supplier it’s now been over 2 months and it looks as though I will have to take this down the legal route to get my money back!!! PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!
