Terrible experience, the experience started fine; I had paid for gel removal. The beautician removed my gel which was fine. I asked about how much it would be for a nail polish (not gel), I was told £25. I said not to worry as I wanted gels done next week. I then have just asked for my nails to be cut as after the gels were removed my nails were long. The lady cut my nails, my cuticles were not cut, I didn’t get any cuticle oil; and hand cream. I was then charged £25 for a ‘express manicure’; for no nail varnish, I will add a photo of my nails. So I paid in total £34 for my nails to leave with them looking like the photo. When I rang the shop after I paid, I was asked if a waitress at a restaurant should tell me what the price is at the start of a meal which I thought was a very odd & disingenuous thing to ask a customer after a bad experience. I was offered to come back for a gel manicure for £55 with my £25 deducted, but I would not want to return after the experience I had there

I love my hair every single time she touch it and she teaches you how to maintain the results.
