Husband and I went on the Sri Lanka/Maldives package. Please could you stop promoting the turtle conservation and research centre in Ahungalla. I was left traumatised after our visit. Conservation No. Wildlife exploitation and cruelty Yes. Endangered turtles kept in tiny tanks with no enrichment trying to escape. One turtle looked close to death. Awful place. Any decent human can see this for what it is.

Booked my Maldives + Dubai Honeymoon package with Luxtripper. Janet Beasley and Debbie South were very friendly and very patient with our constant fine-tuning of our holiday package. Initially I went with Kuoni but I found a better deal with Luxtripper. It was a very easy and smooth process. We even received some honeymoon extras with the hotels we had during our stays which was a nice little bonus. Now we are looking for a 1 year anniversary holiday package and I’m hoping I can find something great with these guys again. Thanks

Booked in March to go to Thailand - sales team and booking were fine but when I needed to make changes to my trip whilst on holiday, it was the worst service I’ve ever been subjected too- when I requested to check availability for extending our stay , I was told I’d have to buy new return flights at full price for both my business class ticket and my daughters premium economy with Eva air- based on this I thought it’s not worth staying on and extending our holiday but then I met with fellow travellers who were shocked when I explained our situation with Luxtripper and suggested I call Eva air direct - I was reassured by Eva Air it would only cost me and my daughter a change fee and once I’d pay that once I then could change my return flight even more than once should I wish too- i will never use luxtripper again and warn you all of their concierge service which is shocking
